When you work with me, you get an integrative approach to coaching that focuses on the connection between your thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and physical sensations to explore and understand the relationship between your mind + body.

Through working with hundreds of women like you, I developed my personal coaching methodology called The Integration Process, which includes my signature (e)Motion Awareness Model.

Each part of my approach gives you a balance of in-depth processing, action-focused practices, and “hand on your back” support.

Together, we’ll strive to overcome obstacles, achieve goals, transform stuck patterns, and improve your relationships.

We can work on eradicating “I don’t know” from your vocabulary, shifting your mindset from judgment to compassion, feeling confident in your choices — or whatever you feel is stopping you from showing up in a way that’s supportive of who you want to be, how you want to experience life, and what matters most to you.

WELL, LET ME TELL YOU A STORY.

Hi, I’m Nicole Whiting. I’m a clinically trained (e)Motion coach, mom of two, PhD student, and part-time endurance athlete.

Eight years ago, while training for my first Ironman, I found the courage to step into who I was — even when that meant disappointing those I loved most. I used the hours alone to not only get to know myself, but to have intention about who I wanted to be.

Taking that opportunity and leaning into the process is what I'm most proud of because it made me a better friend, wife, mother and I actually get to live life. That was the moment that everything went from black and white into color.

And that’s what I want for you.

My mission is to help you access more opportunities and choice, reestablish connection with yourself and those who mean the most, and develop a confident relationship with uncertainty.

  • I use an integrative approach to coaching focusing on the connection between your thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and physical sensations to explore and understand the relationship between your mind + body.

    It’s important to work with both the mind + body because it allows you to understand why your behaviors make sense in context. (Ahem, nervous system) And what you make that mean about you.

  • You and I will be together for the long haul if you’re:

    • Committed

    • Goal-oriented

    • Ambitious

    • Ready to do the work

    • Respectful of boundaries

    • Open and receptive to feedback

    • Willing to make coaching a priority in your life

    • Curious and open to being curious about yourself

  • I cannot promise any kind of transformation during our time together and here’s why: I believe EVERYONE is capable of change, but it’s impossible for me to know if everyone is willing to do the work they need to do in order to change.

    It’s 100% dependent on you.

    I do believe EVERYONE will experience some sort of change as they progress through the coaching experience — like any other lived experience. However, I don’t subscribe to a promise or expectation of a specific transformation when such a major variable is out of my control.

    Your transformation, your outcome, your experience, is dependent on how YOU show up.

    What I can promise is that I will commit to showing up for you, having your back, and being there to witness and guide you through each session.

    If you and I CHOOSE to do this together, we’re making a commitment to each other, and I will uphold our commitment.

  • Our coaching calls will be 45 minutes long twice per month. You’ll also have optional work to do between calls to both widen and deepen the awareness, attention and self-reflection that was brought to the surface during our session.

  • My coaching hours are Monday-Thursday 8:15 AM - 3:00 PM Pacific Standard Time. Evenings and weekends are unavailable.
